Companion Support Worker

As a Companion Support Worker, you may provide:

• Friendly companionship and conversation
• Social engagement and meaningful activities
• Support with local shopping and errands
• Accompaniment to local appointments
• Light housekeeping and practical household support
• Support with simple meal preparation
• Daytime or evening sitting services
• Reassurance and support to clients and their families

Our service is relationship-led. We focus on meaningful company, familiar routines, dignity, choice and independence rather than rushed, task-based visits.

Previous experience in companionship, care, support work or working with young and older adults would be beneficial, but the right attitude, values and commitment are equally important.
